Orders from $39.00 to $48.99 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Express Shipping remains available for eligible orders below $49.00 at a charge of $5.99.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information and selected delivery method before completing payment.

5. Returns, Free Return Shipping, and Refunds

NAVELQIRO® offers a 180-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Customers may request an eligible return within 180 calendar days after receiving an order.

180-Day Free Return Shipping

NAVELQIRO® covers return shipping costs for all eligible returns requested within the 180-day return window.

This includes qualifying returns involving a change of mind and eligible returns involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products.

Our 180 Days Free Return commitment applies to eligible orders using:

• Standard Shipping.

• Free Standard Shipping.

• Express Shipping.

• Free Express Shipping.

Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for approved, eligible returns.

Return Eligibility and Product Conditions

For standard non-defective returns, the product must generally meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 180 days after delivery.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be clean, undamaged, and free from pet hair, stains, odors, or visible signs of use.

• All originally included components and accessories must be returned.

• Proof of purchase or a valid order number must be provided.

• Return authorization must be obtained before shipping the product back.

Original packaging should be included whenever available to help protect the item during return shipping.

Pet beds, pet sofas, feeding accessories, pet toys, scratching products, and cat furniture are subject to these conditions when returned for non-defect-related reasons.

The above requirements do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise nonconforming products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team with your order information and relevant photographs when available.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, a refund, or another available remedy.

For approved eligible returns, NAVELQIRO® will cover the return shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review the request and provide the authorized return address.

The registered business address listed at the beginning of these Terms is not automatically the designated return shipping location.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Once an eligible returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

The customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
